Who is JR Rodriguez?
I’m JR Rodriguez, founder of OLR — One Last Rep Fitness. My coaching philosophy is built on discipline, consistency, and leading by example. Over the years, I’ve pushed myself through multiple areas of fitness competing in powerlifting, completing the Spartan Trifecta, and stepping on stage in natural bodybuilding.
My competitive experience includes earning 4th place in powerlifting and receiving 1st Place Novice, 2nd Place True Novice, and 3rd Place Middleweight in natural bodybuilding competition. These experiences helped shape the training mindset and standards behind OLR combining strength, conditioning, discipline, and physique development into one coaching system.
Whether training clients in person in NYC or online, my goal is to help people become stronger mentally and physically while building results that last — one last rep at a time.
